Think unhealthy foods and you may picture takeaway, fried foods or sweets – products high in fat or sugar. But a new school of thought says we should shift our focus from the nutritional content of food to how and where it is produced.

Anything cooked from scratch in your own home is allowed, while food made in a factory, which is now classified as “ultra-processed” for additives or artificial ingredients like high-fructose corn syrup Thank you.
